A report by Reuters found that courts ruled ICE illegally jailed people more than 4,400 times. The Trump administration's unlawful, anti-immigrant rampage must be checked. Tell Congress at aclu.org/stop_ice_attacks- to hold the line and rein in ICE's abuses now.

SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN! Do not fund the government until a full investigation is performed for Renee Good and Alex Pretti. The agents responsible for their execution must be removed from duty and put on trial. The American people demand accountability and an end to ICE & DHS brutality!!!

@democrats.org I better see EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT voting against DHS funding. And then y'all better get out on the streets with the rest of America because it's time to stop writing "strongly worded letters" and DO SOMETHING. Stop letting your constituents die while you wring your hands.

#ResistanceRoots Today in history, 1944: Jackie Robinson, then a lieutenant in the Army, refuses to move to the back of a bus at Ft. Hood, Texas, citing an Army regulation prohibiting discrimination on vehicles operating on Army posts. The driver backed down, but Robinson was court-martialed. /1

If it has to be secret, chances are it's because you're violating someone's rights.

As we’ve reported before, ICE facilities are rife with human rights violations. Now, the Department of Homeland Security is trying to hide them, formally requiring members of Congress and their staff to give seven days’ notice before visiting immigration detention centers.

As almost everyone in Washington is by now aware, “two weeks” is Trump’s favorite units of time. Tax plans, health care, conspiracy theories, ISIS, the opening of some coal mines, infrastructure — all were at one point or another riddles he promised to solve for the public in about two weeks.

BREAKING: In a unanimous decision, a federal court of appeals has ruled that Louisiana's law requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in all public school classrooms is unconstitutional. We’ll keep saying it: Public schools are not Sunday schools.

It was always a crystal clear 100% certainty that if the orange convicted felon was sent back into the White House instead of being sent to prison that he would bring the United States into war, economic collapse and total chaos. This is on everyone who voted for him.

🚨🚨The White House is pissed off about this ad so you know what to do, share it everywhere! ICE is disappearing people just because of the color of their skin! No Warrant! No Due Process! This is not who we are as Americans! #MAGAKidnappers want an all white America, fuck that‼️

If the president pisses on the Constitution and dares you to flinch, impeachment isn’t a debate. It’s a duty. Tyrants don’t stop. You remove them—before they finish the job.

Language was REMOVED from VA hospital guidelines requiring healthcare professionals care for vets regardless of their politics/marital status, & allowing doctors & other medical staff to be barred from working at VA hospitals based on same parameters. WTF? 1/2 www.murray.senate.gov/trump-admini...

I could argue that this quiet little action is perhaps more frightening than all the overt and flagrant disregard for the Constitution...but you get it. Coupled with the DOGE database and the underhanded Palantir, this is quite frankly terrifying.

Padilla: The President, VP, and their allies have continued to call all the protesters out there insurrectionists. Yes, this is the same man who provoked an actual insurrection at our capitol on January 6.

This is not normal. A sitting president refusing to call the governor of a state after two elected officials were shot, one fatally, is beyond words. A typical president, regardless of politics, would pick up the phone. Offer condolences.

ICE just arrested Brad Lander, the NYC Comptroller and one of the leading candidates for Mayor, without grounds. He was conducting routine immigration court work, escorting individuals from hearings. He asked ICE for their warrant - well within his legal rights. This is political intimidation.

Whoa! NYC mayoral candidate and current city Comptroller Brad Lander seemingly arrested at the NYC immigration court while attending to escort someone attending their hearing.

Sixth Amendment - Right to know the charges and the accuser - People have the right to know who is arresting them and why. - Masked agents who don’t identify themselves are violating that right.

Fifth & Fourteenth Amendments - Guarantee due process of law - The government cannot deprive someone of liberty without fair legal procedures. - Secret detentions with no due process? That’s unconstitutional.
