I propose an evaluation branch of the government that removes the SCOTUS from determining "constitutionality." The branch would be composed of citizens, like a jury, who after training in the basics of the Constitution, would examine and determine whether our leaders are following the Constitution.

Just to be clear... Prop 40 is a ONE-TIME retroactive tax. It applies ONLY to billionaires and would tax just 5% of their wealth — which grew 30% in 2025. California's billionaires would still be worth $2T+ AFTER the tax. The revenue will fund healthcare for millions of Californians. Vote YES.
