If you support gerrymandering by EITHER party, then you need to be prepared to answer one question first: Why isn’t the power of my solutions enough to convince voters to vote for me? Why do I need to pick my own voters instead?

Public service announcement for elected officials: If you manufacture a problem and then solve your manufactured problem, that doesn’t count as being “focused on solutions.” It just counts as politics as usual. Do politics as unusual.

Part of being heard is having a voice to hear. Make sure your elected officials know how you feel. Responsibly. Respectfully. But clearly. They work for you.

Wild!! 80% of all #BEEF we eat in the US is grown and processed in the US & NO TARIFFS APPLY. Half of the other 20% is coming from Mexico & Canada and also NOT TARIFFED. Yet, beef prices have skyrocketed to astounding levels. That's insane PRICE GOUGING! What's Trump's doing about THAT?? #EconSky

A few charts on these benchmark revisions. Starting with the big picture: These revisions dramatically lower the rate of job growth over the past two years. In total, payroll employment is more than 1 million jobs lower than previously reported. #NumbersDay

Ben Casselman@bencasselman.bsky.social

As expected, the annual benchmark revisions sharply lowered estimates of job growth in earlier months. BLS now says we added just 181,000 jobs in 2025, down from the earlier estimate of 584,000. #NumbersDay

There has to be an investigation into the many individuals who committed heinous crimes alongside Epstein. There should be a special prosecutor, or a congressional investigation, that looks into the crimes and the ongoing cover-up. It has to happen.

WOW! This is what #Trump posted in 2012. His perverted mind admitted to everything by blaming "THEM". In psychology this phenomenon is called PROJECTION. Just read his posts again. There is everything... #PedoMAGA #EpsteinFiles

These goons are despicable. They shot off part of a woman’s hand with less than legal ammo. I guess they didn’t get the memo of the demotion and expected retirement of Bovino. The violence we are seeing in MN isn’t lessening.

Today marks 15 years since Gabby Giffords was shot at a constituent meeting, in an attack that killed 6 and wounded 13. I am proud to cosponsor a bipartisan, bicameral resolution to honor the victims and their families today, and recommit to ending gun and political violence.

Despite what we are often told, this line from Mamdani’s inauguration speech is what true pragmatism actually looks like: “Beginning today, we will govern expansively and audaciously. We may not always succeed. But never will we be accused of lacking the courage to try.”

Isn’t it odd that when a member of an immigrant ethnic group commits a crime, right-wing white guys want to deport the entire group, but when a right-wing white guy commits a crime, the other right-wing white guys don’t volunteer to deport themselves.

A bill with bipartisan support to bring safe drinking water to people in Colorado is vetoed by Trump. Why? It appears he’s pressuring Colorado to free his crooked ally who is imprisoned for tampering with voting systems. Trump doesn’t give a crap about anything but his own money and power.
