Time to repin my Wings Rising buy links! Haven't checked out my epic fantasy duology before? Invisible insects that eat people from the inside out, silver flames and silver stags, ghostly wizards, and a fading moon... Lots of fun for everyone! 😆🐞🪄🌚

Smoked beef back ribs, largely because they were much cheaper than most other beef options. Ended up with about 12 oz meat for 4.5 lb of ribs, which is a small yield. But I'd argue that smoking them is more worth the effort, because you've got to make the most of what you got! 🍽️

I cannot believe that Eric Bauza has passed away, at age 46. We’d just talked about his life and his voices and his son. A shattering loss

First two eps of the Great British Baking Show, Japanese whiskey, a hot tub soak, and cats? What a lovely end to my exhausting, yet lovely, first World Fantasy convention!

Just stepped out of Digger and wow, yeah, it's a bold, brash, too much masterpiece of a satire and many layers more. If you've been at all interested, do try to see it before it leaves theaters. I'll do my usual haiku review later. Got to process first. #filmsky 🎥📽️

Wow! Texts are super rare for the Hittites, basically there’s just one archive and it’s 95% lists of prayer sacrifices to mountain gods, so this is really, really exciting!
