It's amazing how much better you feel when you get a good night's sleep. I didn't get a great night's sleep but I got a pretty good night's sleep. Went to bed around 9:30. Woke up a little before 5:00. Which was about 7 and 1/2 hours of sleep which is about two and a half more than I normally get.
