David Lynch. The Factory Photographs. These black-and-white photographs exude Lynch‘s fascination with factories, his obsession with smokestacks, chimneys, machinery, darkness and mystery. Derelict monuments of industrialisation.

Remember the devastating “mysterious” deaths of all the crustaceans in the north east? These reports explain what was going on.

Never forget that the Tory party actually voted in this pernicious, loopy, narcissistic ninny.

It’s been a Monday of dull pain so because I do not “want to feel the appalling weight of Time which breaks your shoulders and bends you to the ground” I feel compelled to take Baudelaire’s poem rather literally and go to the pub. Cheers one & all. (especially @richardmortimer.bsky.social )

Proper poetry - And if now and then, on the steps of a palace, on the green grass of a ditch, in the glum loneliness of your room, you come to, your drunken state abated or dissolved, ask the wind, ask the wave, the star, the bird, the clock;'

, ask all that runs away, all that groans, all that wheels, all that sings, all that speaks, what time it is and the wind, the wave, the star, the bird, the clock, will tell you: 'It is time to get drunk! With wine, or poetry or virtue, as you please.

“Liminal (adj.): An empty corridor. Also an empty school, car park or swimming pool. GNoH has made the case that liminal horror really lives in the back of the shop. In most reviews it now means any space with strip lights and no people in it, which covers a fair bit of Scotland on a Sunday night.”

Here it is an article I’ve been writing for the last six months. Have I missed anything. “Divisive (adj.): The reviewer hated it and is looking for someone to hate it with.” gnofhorror.com/horror-revie...
