I worked as a sous for a bbq restaraunt for 8 hours. Interviewed earlier in the day and scheduled for later that night. Among the night's events were the head chef walking through the kitchen with a lit cig, head chef asking if obviously spoiled lamb shank was spoiled before throwing it on ...

The grill, getting upset that the entree bbq chicken nacho plate had "too much" cheese and chicken (4 oz each)... I quit on the spot when they asked me to clear the dish pit because the dish washer also quit earlier that day.
