Why is it that the people on my audience the most ready to defend my honor (usually against people who aren't even calling my honor into question) are also the people that most commonly misgender me? Bro, I don't think you know me like you think you know me, lmao.

POV you draw a single fat person and then it gets insanely easy to purge people from your page 😌✨️ I swear. Of all the bigotry out there, people seem the most comfortable being fatphobic with their whole chest.

Obviously I'm not trying to make an argument over what kind of bigotry is more or less bad or harmful or dangerous. But I feel like fatphobia is still so "socially acceptable" because it's "about health" or whatever BS people say. It's just so weird. You all are WEIRD.

‘Wildwood’ director Travis Knight on AI: “A pencil is a tool. A paintbrush is a tool. A 3D printer is a tool. A digital capture is a tool. AI is not a tool. AI can go fuck itself.”

Kay, it's sweet that some of y'all think I seem cool, but why does that have to translate into "marry me" and "I found my next partner". I don't find that very funny. Y'all are too comfortable with the people you see online sometimes, is all I'm saying.

Okay, I'm gonna say it. I strongly dislike being called "twin". I don't know WHY I dislike this particular slang thing, but it makes me oddly uncomfortable and kinda cringes me out. It's functionally no different from something like "bro" or "fam", yet it FEELS different. Am I alone in this?

Buying secondhand online is always so interesting. I love the tiny insight I get into other people's lives, from the obvious weed smells to the random snacks boxes they use to pack the item. I mean, I already love thrifting cos of the humanity left over, but now there's EVEN MORE :D

So fun when I get those "collaboration opportunities" that start with telling me that they love my content and think I'd be a great fit and then proceed to ask for me to promote AI slop and/or promote them on a social media I do not have Thanks, and good research work bro

Love when people make fun of content warnings by saying stuff like "come on its not your responsibility to keep other people from seeing stuff that they don't wanna see" Yeah, it's the individual's problem, which is why I'm telling them what the stuff is, so they can make that choice?? Smh

It's sad, but I get a little frustrated when people tell me to "take a break" from art/YouTube now. Bro. Art is my favorite thing, even when I'm burnt out or uninspired. YouTube makes me money that currently helps support me and punishes me FOR taking breaks. It's just not that simple.

Maybe it's just kind of like the "I'm depressed", "well just go on a walk" kind of thing. Gee, if it was really that simple, I'd already be doing it!

Omg first donation <3 Also this is hilarious because A. I never attended art school and have never claimed to while actually being quote open about my having a science degree B. This person has a fugly ass AI art profile picture lmao

I think from now on, I should keep a tally of nasty homophobic/transphobic comments. Every time some dumbass tells me to seek Jesus or mental health help or just generally telling me why "can't support me", gonna donate 1 more dollar to a charity that aids queer folks.

Also lmao what is even the basis for calling me a bigot here?? I'm not the one accusing someone else of being a pedo and torturing their recently deceased pets cos they happen to be queer. That's you, my guy. Every accusation is a confession and all that.

Oh yeah also shoutout to YouTube Studio on mobile for never actually hiding the awful comments despite having a whole dedicated button to showing them 10/10 app

What a winner! I wonder if they're saying these things in the name of their God? Christians sure have been in these replies an awful lot lately spreading their gospel of love and all that.

I miss them so much already. I don't know how to be when they aren't there to greet me in the morning or snuggle before bed. I'd say it was cruel that they had such short lives compared to me, but no amount of time would have been enough. Goodbye to my best little buds. ❤️

Ya know, I have had so few moments when I'm watching a show or something and I just think "he wouldn't do that". But he wouldn't do that. What the hell bro no he did not cheat on his wife excuse me????

I am glad that there is a broader conversation starting online about how criticism has been getting more and more rooted in shallow nitpicks that distract from the actual experience you're supposed to have, and/or that fail to account that only a small fraction of art could ever possibly...

It's entitlement and selfish thinking. It's always entitlement and selfish thinking. Everyone in the Internet seems wholly convinced that they alone know the right way to think and to be, and anything outside of that must change to cater to that. It's sad, honestly. So sad.

We are also already swiftly careening into territory where everything is labeled "media illiteracy" if it even seems sort of close to the common annoying things. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but questioning a character's logic or a massive gap in a worldbuilsing rule...

...is actually a valid critique in most if not all cases. It's actually not always a shallow nitpick to point out animation errors, awkward dialogue, or weird audio. Just because something is obvious to you doesn't mean it will be obvious to everyone, too.

Now, obviously I don't think there's anything wrong with sharing your opinion and presenting you'd perspective to others. I do it all the time, lol. I'm calling out the people that are just as transparent about a need for everyone to agree, and try to convince people...

...not that these poor, shallow critiques that are founded in a misunderstanding of art and rhetoric don't need to be accepted, but that they SHOULDN'T be and are inherently wrong. That's not how that works, actually. People are allowed to have their own takeaways with art.

...cater to precisely what they think it SHOULD be. However, I am already seeing the pendulum swinging too far the other way, currently in that extremely hypocritical way that always seems to happen.

To me, the biggest issue with the people nitpicking is that they cannot admit that sometimes, you'll just not like something, and they will grasp at straws trying to prove that no one should like it either. You don't magically become cool just because it's the other way around.
