As nights get longer, predators rely ever more on moonlight to stalk their prey. This Sunday, under the real and virtual moon, we evoke the metaphorical hunt -- what do we chase? and perhaps more importantly -- what are we running from? Live visuals, open dancer cage, DEER.9508

CELL:BIND a space not just about music; a space for human connection. To create that space, regardless of numbers, genuine aligned values is essential. a moment for escape and immersion. Therefore, we value the personal character of the artist above the music itself.a space strictly for the freaks.

it's fucked and evil up how you can take a picture of a check for $20 to deposit it into your bank account but you can't deposit a $20 bill in the same way >:(

Since Meshia hasn't been updated for over 4 months, I forked the project and added some new features such as a new FA-QEM algorithm with texture-mapping preservation, per-mesh shape and deformation protection, automatic triangle budgets based on actual NDMF measurements, and faster previews.

CELL:BIND OCT 17th >> relationship between real and imagined spaces through sound, moving images, and installation. failure isn't a dead end; it's a moving starting point for transformation. bellicose sci-fi vibes with romance interwined, tanished dance once again. new details below.

every time I listen to broadcast radio news for boomers in my car on my commute to work recently, I hear a news story about how AI is bad and needs immediate regulation and also how there's a new lawsuit against AI companies and datacenter developers

hosting this at Puncture Sound Club tonight make sure to join Chucky's group for access :)

Thinking a lot about this segment from a panel with Octo Octa and Eris Drew from 2025 explaining "the clubber timestream" She's talking in reference to IRL music and club spaces in this clip but I feel this train of thought can be applied to most creative spaces or communities.

i've seen the "late-stage clubber" mindset in myself and my peers and I have to keep reminding myself every day that there's new people experiencing and creating things for the first time and loving it

especially in the most recent discourse cycle, I've seen a lot of people discussing how they want to quit creation altogether. But if you give into the defeatism, and stop making stuff, who will be there to inspire the next generation of creators to make stuff of their own?
