When I’m at the gym, I go to a machine, do 15 reps, and get up and move to another machine. I spend maybe 90-120 seconds at each machine before I move on. Is this normal? I ask bc there are folks at my gym that spend 10-15 minutes on a machine! Just stretching, breathing, chilling between sets. 😡
