The refs don't need us to make excuses for them. They're ruining the product. Especially with the spectre of gambling over every single play in every game. Which the NFL put there in the first place. It's not hard to find a motive and the act is happening in front of our eyes.

The Packers got a stop on the Lions 22 with 4:50 remaining in the game and proceeded to produce a putrid three play sequence including a dropped TD and then had a 35 yard FG attempt blocked. That sequence is where a good team would have overcome the officiating.

An 87yo in WI charged 17,766 times for $77k. An 89yo in D.C. charged 26,456 times for $429k. A 76yo in CA charged 27,236 times for $578k. There are thousands of examples like these. Republicans are even worse. We shouldn't have to protect our elderly parents from this.

It's a humiliation ritual. You are supposed to be a parent, spouse, employee, etc, and then suddenly you need to take on a part time job in medical billing that pays approximately $400,000-500,000, since, if you don't do that work, that is what you will be compelled to pay at some point, somehow.
