Seriously, I am just so happy for Harry Kane. So deserved. A terrific example of hard work, consistency and professionalism. A privilege to have seen him play and score many, many times for Tottenham. Hope one day to see that again... #COYS

I don't know that there is a template or a "secret sauce" or a clear-cut lesson to take from this. But if there is one it's the idea of treating social media as the hostile territory that it is, of actually acting like you are a participant in propaganda warfare and not like a consumer.

Vucic concedes defeat. The true scale of the Student List victory remains to be seen — but this a political earthquake for the Western Balkans. Sincere congratulations to the citizens of Serbia who held out hope against hope and mobilized in extraordinary numbers.

"We still do not have final results, on the basis of a sample ... it is clear that we have lost these elections, the Student List has won, they will have between 135 and 140 seats and we will have 105, no one else has entered parliament," Vucic said.

Despite orders for polls to remain open for an extra two hours, results are already coming in, including from states with the strongest evidence of voter suppression, like Bahia. This will be a long night. What is happening is an unprecedented crime against democracy in Brazil.

There is blatant voter suppression happening right now in Brazil: flights cancelled and buses suspended to Northeastern capitals where Lula holds the majority, polling stations changed to thousands of kms away last-minute, voters in London told they need to go to Edinburgh… This is criminal.

Absolutely this. Dominated midfield and, thanks to a little fortune, won the game. But is something that has been missing from Tottenham for too long.

Made last minute decision to watch Chelsea v Tottenham match at the pub with mates and was vindicated. Will always have a good time with those lads but hits extra, obviously, with a rare and special win. Don't do social football watching as much as used to but it is a much-needed tonic, whatever.

What a guy. How can you not love the man, the legend. #coys

Ukraine was winning the war, so Trump kneecapped Ukraine to help Russia. I wish it weren’t that simple, but it is. Our president is in bed with our enemies.

What does Kemi Badenoch think the level of immigration should be? Is everybody in the media & politics going to act surprised when the year to June 2026 statistic (on Nov 26th) falls below net 100k for first time this century Best estimate of net migration *now* (4th Q 2026) is zero, or negative

Enjoyed Hugo Lloris' honest, yet brief autobiography. He has a lot of kind words for his time at Tottenham, particularly under Poch, but some passages are quite negative. Perhaps as it was written not long after his protracted exit. Some lovely stuff about his upbringing and family. #COYS

Mostly, it's about his journey to becoming France No. 1 and captain, anchored by his finest achievement, leading his country to glory at the 2018 World Cup. Interesting to read the candour that resulted in him being known as a fierce leader on the pitch, despite seeming a little reserved off it...

Minor gripes: - The length. Years are skipped over in a few sentences sometimes. - Not entirely comfortable with the way he explains his drink driving arrest incident.

Hehe, on #MNF Sandro is talking about his Spurs career, including the run to the Champions League QFs which included the win over AC Milan and they show a photo of him outmuscling Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Sandro says to Carragher while putting his hand in his jacket, "Look, he's still in my pocket!"

Will never forget Lampard leaping around the pitch as manager of Chelsea when they won at Spurs like he had just won the World Cup for ages after the game. So very happy he goes home miserable today.

Cracking goal from Madders to kick off a vital win and seeing him, Kulusevski AND Davies back breathes some much needed *old Tottenham life into the team that has so many new faces. Coming with the elusive win, too, hopefully brings a new wave of confidence. #COYS *relatively

Many interesting and illuminating passages in Hugo Lloris' autobiography, but this one about Daniel Levy sticks out. A man for whom football, the essence of it, was always transactional... #coys

If verified the next question is obvious, did the US just coordinate a military attack with Russia on Ukraine?

Anonymous@youranoncentral.bsky.social

Two US officials and a Western official say Trump’s White House instructed Pentagon to slow Ukraine’s Starshield. The sabotage took effect as Russia launched 39 ballistic missiles at Ukraine’s power grid, disrupting defensive drones & military operations.
