I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽‍♀️

Hells to the yeah.

El-Sayed: "Notice how they used my full name, in echoes to exactly what they did against President Obama. At the end of the day, it's not radical to believe people should be able to afford their groceries, they should have healthcare, that the president should not be able to deny elections ... "

They are who we thought they were, and this is the kind of person who wants to join Trump's gestapo.

NEW: A second ex-wife of David Brouillette, the ICE agent who killed Joan Durán Guerrero in Maine, Lucinda Brouillette, issued a statement this morning. "If you were to ask me whether I believe David Brouillette is capable of this level of extreme violence, my answer is unequivocally yes." /

The news is always "This absolute fool was dismantled in hearings today. He is manifestly unqualified for the position and would be an existential danger if confirmed. Disaster. He is set to be confirmed immediately." When you ask why everyone is furious and exhausted all the time, this is why.

They're using Rhino Pipeliner 5000, which freezes as sprayed-on curds almost exactly as it hits the surface. Won't flow out, flatten, and self-level like standard epoxy or paint would. Under standing water, the orange peel texture is a perfect scaffolding for algae, bacteria, and general bio scum

Just checked with our team which is reviewing the indictment. As you'd expect (but obviously you want to be sure) it looks like yet another case of wild overcharging. Some chaotic protest moments that DOJ wants to make into a violent attack. Good luck getting this past a Minneapolis jury.

So when do we find out about the grand jury misconduct this time www.nytimes.com/2026/06/16/u...

Lots of people have been counting on mid-terms to turn things around. Now that 10 seats have probs been redistricted to the dark side what is the path to opposition?

FR, and feck them for it.

It’s weird that Republicans and most of the media seem to have decided what Trump does on social media and what he says when he’s riffing in speeches just doesn’t count. None of it. Doesn’t count.

Every line here screams with truth.

Trump is a fascist He’d rather release fake UFO evidence than real unredacted Epstein Files He’d rather spend billions to eliminate Iran over fake nukes than spend a penny to eliminate poverty at home He’d rather prosecute Comey for an IG post but pardon 1600 violent convicted insurrectionists

We did! We passed a bill to fund the Secret Service and TSA and FEMA 100-0. If Speaker Johnson would just call it for a vote, it would pass. That’s the problem.

They're not wrong.

Karoline Leavitt said the first honest thing in her career right before the WHCD shooting incident. “THERE WILL BE SOME SHOTS FIRED TONIGHT IN THE ROOM. EVERYONE SHOULD TUNE IN. IT'S GOING TO BE REALLY GREAT.”

Naw, man. Eff this noise. Why are we tolerant?

Both of Marco Rubio’s parents were born in Cuba. Marco Rubio was born in Miami in 1971, before they became US citizens. He is a US citizen because he was born in the US under birthright citizenship. #Hypocrites

I feel like I've spent today sorting through accusations of this guy being a groyper, only to find that those aren't based on anything. There isn't an indictment yet. The cops haven't handled this better, but seriously—posting without verification makes you no better than the right yelling "antifa."

We're close to reaching a chilling moment; the first time in history where the single largest group of people arrested by ICE in the interior and held in detention are people with no criminal record. The gap is now down to fewer than 300 people.

Adam Sawyer@adamjst.bsky.social

ICE just released updated detention statistics. 58,766 in ICE detention facilities as of September 7, 2025. www.ice.gov/detain/deten...

Reminder that Trump spent all week trying to get Kamala Harris assassinated too by pulling her secret service detail and then using the police union to pull her security detail offered by the LAPD, let’s not forget about that.

Every time they say “we can’t afford that,” remember: they could afford armored tanks, a dictators birthday parade, and enough tear gas to choke a city. They just don’t want you fed, safe, or alive.

Is ICE paying to Worcester police to arrest women and children or do they have other things like their own jobs the taxpayers pay them to do ?? Yo Worcester..

Schumer gotta go, or be made to go. … Sen. Chuck Schumer was asked on CNN about how Senate Democrats were going to respond to Trump's attempt to extort Harvard: "We sent him a very strong letter just the other day asking eight very strong questions."

One of the wilder political things in recent history is that Project 2025 publicly released a 900 page document laying out their plans to roll back 100 years of human progress and then during the campaign Republicans just said "no we're not :)" and then they won and now they're doing it all.
