Reminds me of how way back when, when they explained Forsaken couldn't be paladins because so few would have the willpower to handle wielding the Light while it burns them alive, only for people go "but that sounds METAL AS HECK, I want them even more now." Glad Blizzard has finally agreed.

Forsaken Paladins perfectly fulfill the ever important "actually their eternal torture and torment is a vital, loadbearing component" aspect of OC development

things i love about the witcher part infinity: so many of the characters have unconventional features. they aren't just poster pretty, and i love that :}

like, genuinely, the npcs from the witcher 3 just look like PEOPLE in the best way, idk how to describe it. i could realistically imagine them existing beside me type of thing, i guess?? even the prettiest characters are tangible, but i just love how unique everyone is

Replying to @thewitcher.com

From lending us their Aurora Engine and sharing their knowledge, to giving us a spot at their booth at E3, their support helped turn our vision into Geralt’s first interactive adventure. Thank you to everyone who has walked the Path with us from the very beginning. Happy 19th anniversary, witchers!

19 years ago, an ambitious dream to bring an iconic book series into the world of video games came to life with the release of The Witcher. It was the start of an unforgettable path, which wouldn't have been possible without our friends at BioWare.

The God of Bad Art gets offerings from all over the world, but in Their temple, They sometimes appear. "Why bad art?" I ask. "It is brave", the God replies. "To try and fail?" "No," the God chuckles. "Any creative work is a defiance of entropy, of Death itself. If you create, you do not fail."

There's simply no excuse for this. Sucker Punch has delivered two back-to-back acclaimed and high selling games. This team should be safe and celebrated. and yet this industry continues to be fucking demonic.

Fun fact: Orweyna says in some gossip text at the end of the Harandar MSQ that while the Lightbloom will no longer spread to additional areas of Eversong, the ones already affected can never be healed and the Lightbloom there is permanent. So it really is just the less interesting Dead Scar 2.0.

Trade the Dead Scar & major Scourge remnants for the Lightbloom. By great coincidence, you will never see the world recover from this for a long time assuming if it's even possible. It's Gorgrond reheated nachos, but with more body horror by aggressive plants.
