Forschung hat in erster Linie den Zweck des Erkenntnisgewinns. Wenn sich daraus Innovation oder Anwendung ergibt: Nice. Aber lasst uns doch die Humanities abschaffen – keine direkte Wertschöpfung – und die Geschichte wiederholen?! Ich war noch nie so enttäuscht von der deutschen Regierung wie heute.

What this administration has done is indefensible. When federal agents kill a man and then lie about his actions to justify it, that is not law enforcement. It is corruption. Even if a weapon existed somewhere, there is no evidence he was using, brandishing, or threatening anyone with it.

We had a great panel discussion on the topics "what is normal?", "mental disorders in the media", "why is it called mental disorder and not mental illness?", "treament options" and more. I was happy that the room was filled, showing the public interest.

Open house at the ZfP Reichenau. The topic is "what is yet normal?" ("Was ist schon normal?"). The director of the ZfP Dr. Dieter Grupp gives an introduction. Normality changes, there is change and this change is progress.
