perfect, no notes

Good thing Caleb's healthy.

PREVIEW: Sunday afternoon hockey in October feels weird but that's what you're getting today.

The only Factory I recognize.

How bad can it b---- oh no

Still thinking about this throw

Any booing from the Hawks fans tonight? Wasn't listening to the broadcast. This team's heading towards Pink Slip territory in a hurry.

K, so CHSN’s app for tonight has a Center Ice cam. Pro: NO PBP/COLOR. FANTASTIC. Con: It’s not synced to the broadcast feed, and you can’t make it full screen. It’s paired side-by-side. Still, natural sound is really nice.

VICTORY FORMATION.

Herbstreit can fuck off back to Ohio forever.

IT'S SUPER BOWL XX ALL OVER AGAIN MAI FRENTS

Bears.

Ever since they played earlier in the season, I've wanted to put the Hawks and Mammoth timelines next to each other for comparison's sake. Still not entirely sure what they indicate. That and more inside!

This place (Panama City Beach) is full of so much tourist-trap nonsense, but every evening you get a view like this and all of those other things suddenly don't matter much.

Oct. 20, 1926: The dedication of Wacker Drive in Chicago, a new type of double-decker thoroughfare that separates freight and through traffic below from lighter-traffic streets above. Planner Charles Wacker, after whom the road is named, is too ill to attend the opening.

All this Jalen Hurts stuff reminds me of Ryan Clark wanting to play in a playoff game for Pittsburgh in Denver despite a prior game there sending him to the hospital because of sickle cell anemia complications exacerbated by the altitude. Only sat because Mike Tomlin wouldn't let him play.

YES

Caleb cures all.

RECAP: If they win one more, that's called a winning streak. I got a feeling things are about to turn around for us.

There is more Blackhawks hockey happening this evening but they are once again not going to have their full lineup which is getting a little old at this point.

Hey @mdwstnr.bsky.social this seems to be in your wheelhouse.

Just remembering the good times.

Republicans Don’t Know Ball Update: A hockey blogger asked the two Michigan Senate candidates for statements on the Red Wings. Rogers: blah blah Michigan loves the Red Wings El-Sayed: angry rant about how the cheap owners MUST pay Detroit’s young star defenseman octopusthrower.com/what-each-mi...

Did some more zone tracking and added unblocked shot attempts to the data. Full table is at the end of the article. Still needs some refinement but this has been a really fun way to watch the games. #Blackhawks eatthehatchet-hockey.com/blackhawks-p...

Nothing could’ve prepared me for her final statement

RECAP: Two wins on the season now with two goals from two players, one of them a new kid and the other an old(?) kid.

Spotted a Gavin McKenna Leafs sweater outside the UC. Many questions.

If the argument was sending Lardis down because they need someone in the top six or on the fourth line and he's not a fit for that, I'd get it. But he seems ideal for the third line and that's where Toninato is instead of Lardis and I don't get it. It's been six games.

Times are so tough that even God can't afford a graphic designer.

I don't get why they're being so vague about this.

today is indigenous people’s day and that’s that. but if we really wanna celebrate an italian american, i have a humble suggestion

Got an email from the Hawks ticket office with a deal of two 300-level seats for $80 to Thursday's game against Winnipeg. This makes me believe Bedard is returning Tuesday.

Hi, everyone, hi, just need you to stop for a moment and watch this Tulsa TD.

We've got Packer fans searching timelines to talk shit.

Hurry back, Caleb.

Find the fucking ball in the air!

Oh good now the Bears suck too

Bears? Bears.

incredible style and artistry on this double bird. never seen someone execute it quite like this
