A thread of every game I completed in 2026 Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment Longer than it needed to be and a lot of story cutscences, but definitely one for the fans. 8/10 #TheLegendOfZelda

Wolverine is done. It's a solid 6.5/10. It's saved by its characters and story but let down by it's slow and boring elements. It's very cinematic but it also feels like there's less gameplay in this than there should be. Good not great.

Eiji Aonuma with his Order of Arts and Letters medal that he received in France! For almost his entire professional career he has worked on Zelda games. The Zelda series is as well regarded now as it was 25+ years ago, in part, due to his leadership. ndw.jp/nintendo-rep...

If you buy a ModRetro anything this dude is going to turn around and use your money to support this shit. It's screaming into the void, I know, but if even one person who wasn't aware is told...

Mineru's Construct Amiibo This one arrived today and rounds out the Tears of the Kingdom Legend of Zelda amiibo line. I like how in recent years amiibo have become slightly higher quality builds compared to the stuff we got back in 2014. #Amiibo #zelda #TheLegendOfZelda #tearsofthekingdom

This was an excellent read. I'm really excited for Rayman Legends Retold @ubisoft.com

I went to Ubisoft Montpellier to get the scoop on the first Rayman game in 14 years... A remake of Rayman Legends. Here's why Rayman Legends:Retold is more exciting than it may sound, and what this remake means for Rayman's future.

It's very funny to see people say that Bond isn't a womaniser in First Light. The bloke shags about 5 different lassies, and can flirt with basically every other female NPC. To be fair, the folk complaining have never actually spoken to a woman, so I can understand why they'd miss that.

Being disappointed it's '64 again' after we had 3D is valid, but don't just misrepresent reality to back that feeling up. Also, I hate to break it to you lads, but you're old as fuck and much of the target audience for this reboot weren't playing games or even alive when SF64 3D came out

A thread of every game I completed in 2025. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Overall, a fine game that was hampered by Zelda being the lead character. It just wasn't that fun. Something different for the series, which I appreciate. Art style was superb.

Doing this completely undermines the legitimacy of videogames imo. You wouldn't have museum staff allowing objects to be displayed haphazardly for public consumption

Delighted with first impressions of #AssassinsCreedShadows. I came to this series super late, Odyssey first, but I loved that. Valhalla was next and I've dabbled with Origins and Mirage. Now Shadows looks like its going to build on these gaming experiences, and I'm very pleased with it so far.
