Wonder what GOP harping on communism is about? Every election they find an issue most people don’t care about, but moves the electorate a couple of percentage points (2024 – Transgender; 2004 – Gay Marriage, etc.) which is all you need to win elections. I worry it’s going to work once again.

To all Dems complaining about Abdul El-Sayed as US Senate candidate in Michigan, if you want to win in November: shut your pie holes! The future of our country depends on Dems taking back Congress. Susan Collins announcing she'll vote against a controversial nominee is basically the moment it becomes clear that nominee will be confirmed. It means Thune has enough votes to confirm, and thus, Collins gets a pass to look independent.
