Flight of the Navigator hit the nail on the head with R.A.L.F. the Robotic Assistant Labor Facilitator. As predicted, robots need humans to accompany them & fix their screwups. Could have just had Sarah Jessica Parker push a cart to deliver meals. Some NASA grifter made millions on RALF.

I looked up Veronica Cartwright on imdb to make a joke about Alien & Flight of the Nav, but got lost in a rabbit hole. She was on One Step Beyond, Alfred Hitchock Presents, Twilight Zone, The Birds, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, X-Files, Witches of Eastwick, The Right Stuff. Weird, spacy career!

I found a 2nd tv show with unfinished house representation, besides Leo & Shelly's place on Twin Peaks. Mercy was a 2009 NBC show about an Iraq War vet nurse at a big city hospital. Only lasted one season. Her husband is trying to redo their house and it's in progress during first episodes.

You may have pulled the child from your womb or seen its birth, wiped its ass, cleaned urine and puke off it countless times, listened to it spout nonsense for 5 years before it could talk straight. How could you be embarrassed by that kid? Lil helpless shit-ass is gonna laugh at you?

(As you've seen them thousands of times while changing diapers, bathing them, etc.) Seriously, if you can't work up the nerve to have a frank, age-appropriate discussion on *every* topic with your child, you're doing a disservice to your child. They'll find out from sources you won't approve.

An old 1978 commercial produced by the I.L.G.W.U. (International Ladies Garment Workers' Union).

I'm watching a code of conduct training video for work. Without calling out AI companies, they're explaining unethical sales/marketing techniques in the first 30-60 seconds of video that are rampant in AI companies. (Lying about costs or timelines, exaggerating capabilities of product. VAPORWARE.)

Most people in France can't afford housing. They didn't blame immigrants, or transgender people, or video games, or avocado toast. They blame the government. Because that's who's responsible. That's always who's responsible.

Good news! We've moved SI (Super Intelligence) to beta testing, which we now call BSI. Your boss or customer asks a question. You don't care about the substance so you hope they'll go away if you BS them. Ask the BSI and it will BS for you! It's so advanced, you might even believe the BS.

When the cold creeps in and the wind is howling, the only cure is to curl up with a feline friend. Ghosts and specters enjoy a good lap cat, after all, they were only human once too. 🍂🐈‍⬛
