Demydot

Figured I should make a new pinned post for my webcomic, Myriad Voyages! It's about two girls trying to become mercenaries as an interdimensional conspiracy slowly threatens them and everyone they care about! You can read it in Globalcomix, Webtoon, and Tapas. I'm planning on adding more soon!

When I was 14, and the adults around me kept telling me that Reagan was fine, I pointed out that the likelihood of Social Security and Medicare existing when I retired was near nil, I was told I understood nothing. I would like to say "fuck you" to every adult who normalized Reagan and Gingrich.

ngl it bothers me when i see ppl compliment evns by going "wow this is a rare good evn in a sea of slop and trash" like there are so many good evns out there, you don't need to tear down other people's hard work to champion the one thing you like

Gotta love a bad boy #art #FFVII #Reno

Artwork I made today during the livestream. I had this Samurai Jack image in my head for a long time. I finally managed to bring it to life. #Fanart #artsky #samuraijack #BRart

Maybe this is more sharable, but here's AgenticAlert. Alerts you if the repo/project uses genAI. Great if you: * Are tired of everyone hyping slop projects * Are tired of genAI in your #recomp / #decomp scene * Are #noAI * Use a browser Protect yourself against AI slop garbage today.

Bluesky never unbanned my list. A scammer didn’t like they were on it (prob selling genAI fursuits WOWEE) so they reported it So here’s this one instead:

LAIKA’s ‘Wildwood’ is tracking a $15-20M domestic box office debut after a skyrocket of pre-sale tickets. This will potentially make LAIKA’s biggest opening weekend ever. (Source: @GlobalBoxOffice on X)

BioWare, which was once hundreds of employees across three offices, had around 50 staff remaining when EA closed the studio this morning. EA gutted BioWare after the release of Dragon Age: The Veilguard last year, as we reported then: www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...

3 days 'til Wheel of Webcomics hosts a slideshow & tell! Although submissions are closed, feel free to join for a discussion on Storytelling Tropes and Genre!! interested in #webcomics? Let's hear about it together!!! Check out Wheel of Webcomics at WheelofWebcomics.com!

if you have a self-hosted webcomic, you should check if your webhost (mine is namecheap) has already addressed the php update for you. it probably requires no input from you. if you have access to cpanel, you can check phpadmin; the version number will be on the right side.

God I am so fucking angry Queer folks, tell your stories. Mainstream, independent, comics, zines, games, shorts, novels, film, whatever your medium whatever your genre There are increasingly fewer platforms for them, so it is more important than ever to make sure they get out into the world

it cannot actually be ignored or danced around that the closure of BioWare came so soon after the Saudi and Jared Kushner acquisition of EA. they absolutely did take the studio making EA’s broadly queerest games out back and shoot it old yeller style. do not let yourself or colleagues ignore that

BioWare statement

why do we bash "dead beat" children for not being there for their parents but we never question if the parent has bad vibes? or if they're just unpleasant to be around?

my parents probably still think I lost my mind and made a split-second decision but sometimes it really does take a split second moment to go "is it worth trying anymore"

Me with my Nintendo Switch 2:
