Filling out the GwF feedback form reminds me that one of my regrets was just not being able to run into friends who I know were there. Not that it’s the con’s fault or something they could do anything about, but really it’s one of the few things that makes me go “aw man, I missed out on that!”

Had this idea in lockdown, half-built it, forgot about it, remembered it again, though might as well finish it.

I'm sad that I basically slept all evening after getting home from work but I definitely needed it. I'm feeling a lot more human now, just "human who has a sore throat and cough and some congestion" rather than "please just let me sleep I am miserable"

Well I came home from work and passed out for like three hours so I think I should pay attention to that and get more sleep

It does seem I’ve come home from GwF with some minor con crud. Just sore throat, coughing, and on/off congestion so far. Tested negative for Covid but I’ll retest in the next days (I did get my boosters ahead of the con). Basically I’m just barely sick enough to be miserable.
