1. Diversifying your sources of income. At the end of the day, your ticketing can only bring in so much. Do you monetize your streams or VOD source? Do you have merchandise in house and pushed online? Do you monetize secondary content like reels and video posts?

the amount of “we want a website to host our videos and our announcements and our promotions from you but…we don’t have a budget“ is one of the biggest things I’ve encountered in basically every industry I’ve been in and wrestling and queer performance events are no exception to this.
