This has truly fucked me up. Eric Bauza somehow had both a huge impact and yet still felt he was just getting started. Not just a fantastic voice actor but a campaigner for animation. His voice was the rallying cry for Coyote Vs Acme, which became the highest grossing WB film of 2026. Fuck.

Eric Bauza died at his home yesterday from hypertensive cardiovascular disease, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records.

First book I've read in a while, Jon Ronson's book is a deep dive into the real lives of many men whose brains have been completely scrambled by the internet. Including a chapter on Graham Linehan & just how (deservedly) pathetic, sad & lonely he is in a prison of his own making. Fascinating stuff.

Street Fighter was such an odd film. The fights were fun 'n all but most of them took place in one boring arena instead of, you know, the STREETS. Plus when everyone has super powers and can comfortably crash through concrete walls, it never felt like it had any stakes at any point. It's fine 6/10

Here's a bit of YouTube wackiness. I used a song in a video. That song was from YouTube's Audio Library. Use of the song includes attribution, crediting the artists & some URLs One of those URLs got flagged by YT as spam I just got penalised by YT for putting in a link YT told me I had to put in

The link is a dead now, so I get why a bot flagged it as spam but 1) Not my fault 2) That's a major flaw if URLs that YT don't control can just get marked as spam later 3) Potentially millions of videos will also get penalised just for giving credit on a song 4) IT'S STILL THERE IN THE AUDIO LIBRARY

I wish Gromit's voice was more suitably Northern sounding to match Wallace's voice. What about Christopher Eccleston? Sean Bean? Hell, I would genuinely love it if it was Jodie Whittaker!

There were parts of this film I liked, but I never vibed with the animation change. It was so fluid that it felt was jarring, almost like a bootleg version of MLP. I would have preferred it stuck to the series-style more closely, like other "TV to Movie" movies.

If they had just released these so-called "essential" scenes as teaser trailers, that's easy to stomach But to charge full price for a 7-year old movie, just for some new post credit scenes awkwardly crowbarred in, including one that was clearly hijacked from Spider-Man feels so yucky. What a mess.
