Well, this is upsetting news. Considering I have posted art in there since 2018 after tumblr becoming censorship happy. I am so tired looking for new places every 2 years when having many 100’s of art pieces. And there is no good art-blog alternative out there for me now after this place goes down.

With queer & nsfw art and artists being currently more and more hindered from several angles out there. I do think it’s a shame that queer & kink organizations are not more helping of artists in these groups and use too often ai.

(also short vague story: I personally not planning to donate more art for such stuff. I have been regretting it. And I openly message here: if people are kind to donate free art, you simply do not feed it into ai grinder later on, this is seen as rude).

I‘m laughing at the fact that apparently an anime figurine was possible as a discord age verification scan. I wonder there is an untapped art market for sculpting fake faces for this purpose? Use creativity to keep biometric scan private.

Solved: I scanned the face of a Lum plastic figurine. Her mouth was halfway open so the scan counted it as both, then I just moved the phone to turn her head. Worked much easier than scanning my actual face. Guess I'm officially pink bunny suit Lum then...

Okay, so for those without account looking through my pillowfort blog. I am sorry that the navigation buttons and tags don’t work for you anylonger. Only logged in users can use this now- because pf have disabled this for outsiders because of scrapers. (and yes, I’m a bit bummed over this).

When I do my art, worldbuilding & creations, I like to think I myself am the nr one fan of it. I don’t have need it to be super mainstream popular, because I know it isn’t, and that is okay. In a way, I rather my stuff being that odd strange niche thing with few very dedicated fans.

You can find short eared owls hunting during the day over prairies, open fields, and marshes. They often come into rehab here after being struck by farm equipment while mousing. Though not common, they are wide ranging, living on every continent except Antarctica and Australia! 🪶
