Our democratic systems were not prepared for a criminal president to turn his administration into a fully functioning criminal organization. We need have a plan to address this. All Trump pardons must be rescinded. All of them.

So, this "startup to genetically engineer war dogs," Warhound, comes out of stealth w/ a $1.2B valuation. What's that? It's for the military? Interesting how these suddenly uber-rich yungins are getting that way through freaky, opaque alliances w/ our leaders—and a stealth hand in The Peoples' till.

Guys, please stop calling Trump a far-right authoritarian

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump calls for Ilhan Omar to immediately resign & says, "please inform our great Speaker, James Michael Johnson that the Democrat Party has conceded her seat ... she will not be allowed to me a member of that body any longer" Trump's crowd in Iowa then starts chanting "Lock her up! Lock her up!"

A blue wave might well be a welcome sight, and it may well soak the soil across demographics, but to save America Americans must deal with one very troubling reality: Whether a Republican or a Democrat, an incumbent or a challenger, our leaders simply don't reflect the people who have elected them.

Liberal here, from Boston. So often in my life I've encountered the many among us who know the text, the words, and what they mean, but they have not ever had the 'honor' of actually & aggressively needing the enforcement mechanism to make them more than mere words. Our Constitution, she's got COPD.

it is very funny to me that we libs have become the pocket constitution party now

I keep hearing folks say they can't unplug or disconnect from Zuck much like Elon. And, if that's true, they function more as public utilities than the make-believe leaders of two of the world's most powerful mouthpieces. If they control that much of the ecosystem, the people own it—not two putzes.

Devoting your social time to platforms where you control your own account and your own data, is the only real long term solution to hating billionaires controlling their own platforms.

In a world that doesn't/can't exist, I'd agree w/ Mike 100%. A platform of rules, lines, where the answer to a disagreement isn't to take your 'toys' and go home isn't hard. This strongly implies Joey & Janey Chattersmith have equal footing w/ Zuck. Or worse, accept subjugation. Inverting the hate.
