Intro Post! I'm Grover, and I'm an Indie Game Dev, Project Manager, and Producer/Director. I work for Nightdive Studios/Atari, and run an indie game studio called Whim Indie I used to work in tech as an automation QA engineer for 10 years, changed paths after layoff -- now on a new adventure!

I appreciate that people want a new Mass Effect, but the future where fans advocate for the work itself and not the people who make it is the one the vultures at EA want. If you'll take it however you get it, they can keep treating people who make what you love as expendable.

Let me share some positive news for a change: Despite all the gloomy headlines today, my understanding is that there are multiple paths actively being explored that would save Arkane Lyon. Anything can happen during negotiations, but at this point I'd be surprised if the studio is shut down.
