I tried to use Indeed to hire someone. Zip Recruiter, too. Suffice it to say that all the resumes that resulted in interviews, came from personal references. Computer platform are good at shoveling masses of low quality info, not at evaluating people and their fit for an organization.

I’m starting to think that Indeed is mostly just trolling me as I look for a job.

I think that’s a lot! I always thought it was only followed by the media and Jimmy Kimmel. Who’d have thought there were 259,999 talking heads and late night hosts left out there?

I had no idea how much Truth Social had hemorrhaged users. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

Wait! Hold the phone!!! You’re saying the forehead head guy that drugs and sexually assaults minors and passed porn around on the house floor thinks Eric Schmitt is an intellectual giant?!?!?! Okay. Processing. Waiting for the right words… Sorry. There are none. 😶

People are falling for the DSA vs Establishment trap again. Didn’t we learn our lesson in 2016 and 2024? It’s the establishment’s job to build a coalition that can win EVERYWHERE. In some places, that means ultra-progressive. In others, it means establishment. The tent is big enough for all of us.

This is also another one of those stories about someone who voted for a man whose incompetence, immorality, and corruption have been causing deep and lasting harm to the nation and planet and that was all OK until it affected him personally. Sorry, but not sorry.

You guys are all nuts. Where kids vote when they’re in college is not a big issue and should be up to them. As long as they remain within the law, they’re fine. The bigger issue is voting intelligently.

These people will tell you that the right to bear arms ensures our liberty from the state. The individual is protected from the power of the state because he can…shoot at it, I guess.

The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to protect the only true minority - the individual. It limits the governments power to harm the individual. The whole constitution is designed to limit the governments power.

2/2 And what’s up with “more than any president in modern American History.” How about “more than any leader in the history of the world.” Even among historic figure who match his immorality, nobody had the same access to the power that comes with the United States Presidency to go along with it.

Isn’t the minefield metaphor supposed to suggest a perilous but necessary trek that must be negotiated with courage and care to avoid dangers that were set against you? That is 100% NOT what this is, New York Times. This is just plain old corruption. 1/2

Sen Chris Murphy warns Dems: "If people don’t see us fighting on something as existential as whether we condone the federal government murdering our own citizens, there will be a mass withdrawal from politics altogether." On the pod, Murphy lays it all out so well: newrepublic.com/article/2057...

This asshole has no agenda other than enriching himself. That’s the real Donroe Doctrine. Nothing that benefits the American people will ever come out of this administration. Dems should hammer on the message that he is an employee of We the People and it’s way past time to fire him for cause.

This article is infuriating. Applying the term “mutual distrust” to such lopsided levels of trustworthiness is journalistic malpractice. A simple review of the administration’s early responses show, at the least, a hostility toward evidence-based fact-finding. Shame on CNN

Let me walk you through the various possible explanations for Trump's invasion of Venezuela and see which ones hold water. (spoiler: the good faith explanations don't, the corrupt ones do)

I wish people would stop describing things that are indisputably provable as a matter of fact as "controversial." People not liking a fact doesn't mean the fact is controversial. Reality is not malleable around our beliefs and it shouldn't be. We need to stop acting like it is.

Unbelievably horrified by this attack in Boulder. We don’t know the full story of the attacker, but no matter what it is, let me be clear: Senseless, antisemitic attacks do not help Palestinians, Jews, or Israelis. Committing terror attacks against people standing for hostages is disgusting.

You are up to date.
