This is exactly why gassing up everyone with a mic and a camera is a problem. Having an audience isn’t the same as having a clue, maybe let’s try following people who actually know what they’re talking about for once.

We all know how this will end. The landowner will get well over market value. The AI company will get huge tax breaks. The construction will not be done by locals. While the residents will be stuck with higher utility bills and a lower quality of life.
