There’s a lot going on right now, and Susan Collins is hoping voters won’t notice that she was the deciding vote in confirming another anti-abortion Trump judge to a lifetime appointment.

Important: the USPS rule that SCOTUS blocked tonight was Trump’s big plan to control and restrict mail voting. But a separate policy remains in place: USPS is no longer postmarking mail as soon it gets it, which is hugely important for deadlines. So people must mail back with plenty of time.

Joan Sebastien Guerrero had a social security number. He had legal authorization to work here - therefore, he is by definition not “an illegal alien.” In addition, DHS isn’t even claiming he “weaponized his vehicle,” they’re arguing he fled. ICE is now straightforwardly admitting to murder.
