Le tribunal judiciaire de Paris a condamné la fondation suisse Quad9, qui gère le DNS 9.9.9.9, à une astreinte pour défaut d’exécution car elle n’a bloqué aucun des 58 domaines pointés par BeIN Sports. Le montant demandé par le diffuseur est toutefois considérablement réduit.

The claims about French supermarkets being hacked through their Danfoss equipment could well be exaggerated. It doesn't explain why its only some French supermarkets across different supermarket companies. It might be an inside job at a supplier... or even dumber, a configuration mistake.

Except it is completely nonsense. We don't know yet what the reason was, or whether this vulnerability was used. What is particularly striking is that it were only French supermarkets, whereas Shodan shows those fridges to be distributed globally. It could well be an inside job, without hacking

Het stroomverbruik van datacenters in Nederland is wel bekend, want Trouw schat het aantal datacenters dat moet rapporteren te hoog in. Yes, I'm cynical. I live in the Netherlands, where we have 14 excellent public universities of which 3 are excellent technical universities; Twente, Eindhoven and Delft. Pass the national pre-university exam in math and physics and anyone can enter.
