Voters think the country is headed in the wrong direction and most of them blame Brexit. Just LOOK at the voter breakdowns in our research. People get it. Brexit made us poorer and the goons who sold it to us, chiefly Farage, need to held accountable. www.bestforbritain.org/new_polling_...

The truth: we need migration. The problem: too many politicians are terrified to say it. Why? They're led by a) toxicity of the charlatans & b) wealthy media organisations who demand these useful distractions rather than us talking about inequality. Reject it. Draw the line.

À good round up as ever on all events political with just the right amount of fun. Thank you for making it all a tiny bit easier and stopping me throwing things at the tv.

My point exactly. Let’s whip up a media storm to show how the British people feel 🙄 I hate the media right now

Natacha@natacha.bsky.social

Transphobic media bias in action. The Guardian has a massive front-page splash about the fascist demo taking place in central London. Trans Pride London was more than double the size and got nothing like this level of coverage, and then not until afterwards.

She showed that a single mum from a council estate can become deputy prime minister, while vaping and going clubbing. She's a threat to their narrow-minded buttoned-up classist bullshit.

A significant tranche of voters were horrified by its anti-LGBTQ talking points. Since the election it has become the most anti-LGBTQ party in modern British history & allowed far right homophobic & transphobic hate groups to dictate policy. It is now erasing trans people from public life.

More great work here.

The EHRC don't want your views; TransActual are challenging Government Ministers to do better! We had no faith that the EHRC would conduct this consultation professionally, fairly or transparently. We asked individuals and organisations to send us copies of their consultation responses.

‘According to sources with knowledge of the process, the revised code is expected to be delivered to the equalities minister, Bridget Phillipson, this week.’ Write to your MPs now - we need their support now!!

Victoria McCloud has launched a case against the UK in the ECtHR challenging the process that led to the supreme court’s ruling on biological sex. 💪🏻🙌🏻 McCloud is arguing that the supreme court undermined her article 6 rights to a fair trial when it refused to hear representation from her 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A good day to announce that I am standing for a place on the Executive Committee of Labour Women’s Network 😃 I’m standing on a platform of intersectionality and inclusion of ALL women, including trans women. Because I know most women are trans inclusive and deserve representation #LWNelects25

And the transphobic women (aka GCs) have now said out loud that they do not want a conversion therapy ban for trans people (along with a whole host of other stuff they believe they have the right to demand /

So not true then. Quelle surprise 🙄

I wrote to M&S about the stupid lingerie department story - confirms nobody offered a bra fitting to a teenage girl. The Telegraph and JK can (always) do one.

Today is International Allyship Day 🩷 🤝 🏳️‍⚧️ The flag in this post is the Trans Ally Flag It’s a symbol of active, vocal support for trans rights and acceptance — not just quietly agreeing, but standing up and showing up. At NION Women, we are staunch allies to the trans+ community. #TransAlly

“This incident is a case study in how transphobic ideology launders itself into public discourse under the guise of safety and dignity” - @joannelockwood.bsky.social Here’s what the headline should’ve read: M&S employee offers customer service. Customer projects bias. Media fuels anti-trans panic!

If you’re like me - aware Palantir is a US IT/data firm contracted to basically build a new NHS database and aware this is considered a problem, but aren’t clear what the problem is - this clip is a quick explainer that gets to the heart of it. Or ignore it to have a less shitty start to your day.

At a time when abuse, bigotry and racism are so rampant and societal divisions so pervasive, the dismal Equality and Human Rights Commission needs to start living up to its name – or shut up shop.

This absolute turnip lives in Mississippi. He's LITERALLY an economic migrant. Does he have ZERO self-awareness? Does he just think nobody will notice? Or because he's an entitled white man, does he perhaps believe that he doesn't count?

Holy crap, Bridget Phillipson has appointed Dr Mary-Ann Stevenson as the new chair of the EHRC, despite the explicit objections of both @commonswec.parliament.uk and the Joint Committee on Human Rights here: committees.parliament.uk/publications... www.equalityhumanrights.com/media-centre... 1/

Cass informed therapy. 🤯 What utter BS 💩

A troubling development. Article in the European Journal of Developmental Psychology “Cass Informed Therapy for gender distressed youth”. Anyone know who Anna Hutchinson is? Or what she thinks “Cass informed therapy” looks like? Conversion therapy is my guess. Thanks @karabergkara.bsky.social

Well that’s about covers it to date ….. And today Philipson ignored advice from The Women & Equalities Select committee and appointed Dr Stephenson (a known GC) as the new head of EHRC from December.

So "accurate" that they've already had to amend it at least once in quite a fundamental way. Once again, the EHRC spin machine is in full operation. Note the lack of comment about the international condemnation the UK is now attracting as a direct result of their trans exclusionary stance.

The EHRC has *already* had to update its discriminatory ‘interim guidance’ on single sex spaces, but is now using the fact that it’s so inconsistent (and a moving target) as a *positive* point WHILE IT’S BEING SUED!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Worth also noting that Falkner will also be gone by November! #GoodRiddance

So, the Not In Our Name petition aimed at the UK only has obtained MORE signatures in LESS THAN 10 WEEKS than the anti-trans targeted globally one achieved in SIX YEARS! This has a number of implications; 1. Transphobia is much less popular than trans rights. 2. Anti-trans activists claim… 4/5
