Suitably inspired after playing a few games of Soldiers of Napoleon, Ive added a unit to my 28mm Napoleonic big battles collection. Brunswick Avant Garde join the rest of my Brunswick troops, I now need to paint a Brigade Commander and some skirmishers.

All right! Fine! I just couldn't resist adding some battleships to my #navalwargaming fleets. #wargamerproblems #Nerdlings

Thanks all for the thoughts. I got 5 or 6 hrs kip. She's getting her gallbladder out tonight.

I have to announce that WesJanson3D will close his Etsy store by the end of the year. It has been a pleasure working with him. His integrity, quality control and care has been incredible. I wish him the best of lucks. So go to his store, buy some spaceships, and support his future endevours.

KA-BLOOIE! #Wargaming #Nerdlings #SpreadtheLard

Achtung panzer! #SpreadtheLard

The newly painted M18 is blown up in spectacular fashion, of course ##SpreadtheLard #Nerdlings

Welcome to Bill C-34! Let’s fix it! openmedia.org/billC34B #partner

If I saw this in a novel or movie I'd accuse the writer of being too heavy handed with their symbolism.

Finally finished and based up these late Roman heavy cavalry! Minis are from @northstarfigs.bsky.social (Crusader), very simple and nice to paint. I’ll focus on the Zone the coming painting sessions. #Warmongers #wepaintminis #wargaming #lateroman #miniaturepainting #28mm #tts #nerdlings

From the steppes with love. Four more 28mm cossacks from the Foundry 18th century range thunder off the painting bench and join the horde. #miniatures #wargames

Just feeling awful. Too awful to paint. So I did my voting for city council and booked flu & covid jabs for me and Mrs HLA instead. Yeah, I know how to have fun.

Stage 4. 3mm Motte and Bailey castle complete with crops and archers to finish it off. All ready to defend the Norman overlords from revolting Saxons in Chivalry and Honour.

Stage 3 of the Motte and Bailey complete. Crops and people still to add.

Ridiculously large Lotto tonight. Obviously winning a ridiculous amount of serious F-you money would be nice. (Heck, I might even get into 40k.) *Me being sensible calls Accountant first* *me, 1st question*: "Soooo... how do I buy one of those shiny drones to blow up a Russian data center?"

#Quar #solowargaming AAR rabbitsinmybasement.blogspot.com/2026/10/clas...

#Quar Turn 3 #ClashofRhyfles #Nerdlings Crusader Mounted Rhyfles cut down gun crew. Alithean drops an HE round in the middle of advancing rhyflers. Victorious cavalry swoop around to attack. Cavalry Yawdryl sends his opponent to the Ancestors. Game over. Coftyrans have lost 9 POW, 5 KIA. 2KIA, 2W.

Turn 2 #Quar #ClashofRhyfles #Nerdlings Tractors and field gun trading shots. Swirling cavalry melee. Mounted Rhyfles charge the gun!

#Quar #ClashofRhyfles #Nerdlings 1st turn. Coftyran lancers have charged. Tractors have blasted away at each other. Pathfinder shotguns proving useful. Also first outing for my official Quar Activation Cards!

Good looking game #terrain #Nerdlings #SpreadtheLard

#Quar get a Reskeet!

Want to play, but trouble mustering the energy. Got some #Quar #terrain set up at least. Maybe tomorrow I'll try the cavalry and vehicle rules. #Nerdlings

Perhaps tonight I'll feel like painting instead of watching The Sweeney... #WargamerProblems

My brother thinks that if the US invaded he'd be arrested because he's been outspoken about Pedo47 and his regime of Corruption. Dude, 75% of the country has been outspoken about our hatred for the Orange shit stain

I don't #Warhammer but this is rather good Always liked the Eldar.

Me, contemplating all the Crypto Wallets blown up in Russian data centers.

I'm gratified to see that the traffic on my blog (numbered in the low 3 digits) has NOT diminished with the destruction of the Russian data centers. Haha, Elon, my friends and followers are actually real.

Holiday Monday hobbying. Working on some 28mm Napoloeonic Russians. I have 3x battalions w/o colours. So all these command groups will add a 4th battalion and ALL will have colours now. Except the jaegers.

Here is my #woodelf beast pack 🐻🐗🐗🐈🐈‍⬛🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 Lovely miniatures by Highlands Miniatures #miniaturemonday #warhammercommunity #theoldworld #paintingwarhammer #nerdlings

Oathmark: I had some spare time this morning, so spent about an hour making the Dwarf King. Slightly converted to have him being carried on a shield by his Royal Bodyguard. I also gave him his campaign tankard, as no true Dwarf goes to war without something to sup ale in! 😅

So many burning Centurions! Couldn't make a Reaction test to save my life. Shot down a MiG though, that was fun. My plucky Comets stopped a flank move cold too. But Mantovians need to fall back after blunting the Tartarian armoured thrust. #Nerdlings #wargaming #7DTTRR

My Reaction rolls are leaving much to be desired. But my J29 sortie did knock out two T54s. #Nerdlings #wargaming #7DTTRR
