Since more people are coming over here, here's my spiel If you have the means to start a gaming publication, there has never been a better pool of young, experienced talent available to make something special. Anyone with the capital and motivation to start a website/magazine/etc should consider it

"I hate gay Halloween, what do you mean you're Pumpkin Hill from Sonic Adventure 2?" https://kotaku.com/sonic-hedgehog-knuckles-pumpkin-hill-adventure-2-halloween-costume-2000750202

this was in my top 10 for last year, and you should play it if you haven't given it a chance yet. great adventure game, creepy atmosphere, fun threads to pick up and solve.

With the disclaimer that our travel was covered for the MinnMax Spotlight and MinnMax is thanked in the credits, I HIGHLY recommend playing Virtue and a Sledgehammer. Physical rage towards a digital world. Pretty wild for a game in development for years to perfectly meet the cultural moment.

You still have time to play Onimusha before the end of the year

People at the Backstage Pass tier have done the impossible and tied things up for New Show Plus this week. We're tipping things in honor of our guest, so tune in live on Twitch at 1pm Central as Haley De Boom and @gameonysus.bsky.social compete in pumpkin carving. In person! twitch.tv/minnmaxshow

Set Phasers To Superdrop! Over on @gamespot.com, I exclusively reveal FIVE of the six Star Trek drops coming to @mtgsecretlair.com next month. Reversible cards! Klingon text! @alaynadanner.bsky.social lands! Some great stuff here, check it out. #MTGxStarTrek www.gamespot.com/articles/sta...

Anyone else going as Pumpkin Hill from Sonic Adventure 2 for Halloween this year or just me? 🎃⛰️ The costume has a treasure hunting minigame where you can move Knuckles across the “level” and the radar necklace will blink as you get closer to the hidden emerald in the pockets 💎 I love Halloween!!

goddamn I love the brewers

Get ready for an indie dream team! The lovely and unsuspecting crew over at noclip_2 let me crash their podcast last week. The result was... Well, you'll see, as you likely won't be able to look away:

This week on our show, Eric, Victor, and Nadia are joined by @brazyazn.bsky.social to discuss Final Fantasy Resonance, as well as give BioWare the sendoff of the Blood God. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll learn about hockey homicide pod.link/969659784/ep...

My daughter is doing a a fundraiser for her school. She loves her school and she loves reading. It’d be great if you could help reach her goals. www.getmovinfundhub.com/student-webp...

I have largely not felt good about myself or my work this year. But boy being in four (four!) different issues of Game Informer this year has been a nice little morale boost

Also great changes for less competitive players who enjoy playing more at the LGS level. No more getting steamrolled by sweaty grinders farming byes, and more incentive to come out to the local store. Grinders still eat tho Also I somehow am in this picture lol playriftbound.com/en-us/news/o...

BIGGLES JAN RIDES AGAIN. Final Jantasy poppin' off at the tippy top of the hour :) giantbomb.com/live/chat twitch.tv/giantbomb youtube.com/live/Br2osCN...

The meat grinder is never turned off

🐶🧺🎃 i interviewed dead by daylight devs for this…. in which i had something SPOOKY! to say thank u chris for the opportunity 🎃🎃🎃🎃🤍🤍🤍🤍

RIP Eric Bauza. This is gigantic gut punch. It was absolutely wild and inspiring to see a Filipino guy takeover for so many iconic characters. Damn.

Not only an incredible talent, but a rare talent who also thought it was funny to just voice random memes every once in a while

Eric Bauza has sadly passed away at the age of 46, his family confirms in new Instagram post.

I’d like to take this moment to warn everyone that I’m the kind of freak who gets to a movie theater 30 minutes before trailers start

This has been one hell of a game

Woooooooof Tampa Bay came to play

Cardboard for a Cause bumping today! Congrats again for the crowd at Wooden Hill!

I’m a huge mark for One Piece and when I played Fortnite it was the #1 collab I wanted. But fuck Epic, fuck Tim Sweeney, and fuck Fortnite. Don’t give them a cent.

A top one for me is this God of War Laufey cocktail video that went a little nutty and got reshared by Jack Quaid.

Didn’t think this was a hot take but I don’t think BioWare made a game even remotely bad enough to “justify” it being shut down “BioWare was struggling for years,” yeah, and even its worst games weren’t as bad as some garbage that’s let slide and it’s fucking weird to imply the team “deserved” this.

Could a depressed person do this etc
