In the video of Trump talking to the US men's hockey team, when he says "I must tell you, we're going to have to bring the women's team, you do know that" as a joke about how annoying it is to have women around, the most painful part for me, are all the hockey players laughing. Actually laughing.

Lots of walking this weekend. Knocked out a bunch of podcasts knocked out. A bit chilly this morning running to the gym. Elliptical warm up. Chest & arms. Incline treadmill. I’ll take this weather for the next 3 months.

Went into the chiropractor yesterday. Ran some stretching and movement tests. She’s pretty sure I either slipped a disc and it is now pinching a nerve or a nerve is pinching against most likely my spine. Wont know for sure until X Ray / MRI. But apparently they could see some kind of swelling or 1/2

Bruising just looking at my back. Ended the visit with a massage then some kind of modern mid-evil stretching machine and then stem treatment. Of course my insurance sucks so there will be lots of out of pocket payments the next few weeks.
