thoughts on AI coding

SRC changed their terms of use yesterday, and released a news post with an FAQ. They make it sound like not a big deal. It's a big deal. The Creative Commons licence is gone. They claim ownership over the data now. Thread about what this means, and what we can do about it 🧵

Leaderboards need to be community owned. The nerve of some private company to march into our hobby and act like they own our creative property, having contributed nothing other than hosting glorified spreadsheets, is appalling. Even if they walk this back again, it’s probably high time to ditch SRC

breathe out a bit

just an update on this, probably will make a video or a pastebin about it but: TLDR its basically saved my life. I can wake up for work on time consistently, i can listen/focus better, dissociating a lot less, and just overall be the best version of myself I really want to be now.

this is one of the best stream titles ive ever seen

it really irritates me when i'm watching any content mentioning a trans person and to remain "neutral" they use they/them pronouns, even if said person does not use those pronouns

Ocarina of Time Link and Saria

Im officially gonna start a medication for my adhd :) very exciting

BREAKING: It is unclear what DDD skip setup Willem Dafoe opts for in the 430~ speed range "I'm not too sure what that is, sorry."

one piece of advice i can share as a parent: certain phases can be really tough, but they do pass. around 18 months my son kept demanding that i condemn hasan piker. all day and night too, i was at the end of my rope. now he’s really into fire trucks. it’s always something new

thanks for all the engagement/positive comments on the previous two selfies ❤️ I don't really know how they blew up like that but that's cool I guess lol
