Love to see it

Business Insider also reporting that Amazon projects it would take delivery of $3 billion a month in GPUs “every month for the foreseeable future,” all while not having anywhere to put them, as part of an “early rack receipt” program. Extremely strange!

When a worker wears an Amazon vest, drives an Amazon van and delivers on an Amazon-controlled route, but Amazon denies they work for the company — that's exploitation.

If it looks like an Amazon delivery and drives like an Amazon delivery, then it's an Amazon delivery, right? Not according to Amazon. Big companies like Amazon have built a vast network of subcontractors who deliver their packages while shielding them from accountability.

So in the end they won't actually leave. Like he could clearly afford it but he still didn't. If it was that big of a deal he would

Also vote yes on question 9 Getting an LTC and a firearm in MA really isn't the harrowing and difficult experience full of red tape like you might believe. It's much harder to get your drivers license in MA. MA is so safe that less than 500k people out of 7 million people in MA have their LTC

I'm still salty about how the 2020 MA Democrat primary turned out. MA loved Sanders: a progressive senator from New England with a very long history of progressive votes; and loved Warren: a MA senator with a long history of coming down on abusive banks Biden won that primary. Vote no on question 3

The kind of power that scares them

I never understood why universities and the media would so heavily clamp down on student protests. But because of France I now understand. The reason for the vicious shut down is because there is real power for change that grows from student protests. Like actual real power for change.

I didn't know the orange line could go that fast. Suddenly all those years of shuttle buses seem worth it. Perhaps I would have been less mad about the shuttle buses at the time if I knew the result was going to be 55 mph trains

You know everything slowly turning into blind boxes will lead to people learning to trade and communicate with strangers which could lead to people forming communities and communities could lead to class consciousness which means companies should stop slowly turning everything into blind boxes

"Economists have predicted 15 of the last 3 recessions." Perhaps the reason there haven't been more recessions is because those warnings and predictions were taken seriously and preventative actions were taken so the bad thing wouldn't happen?

Financial advice I see online frequently is always like "just invest 300k at 12% annual return and you'll be all set." And the comments always rightfully harp on the 300k number but never harp on how utter unrealistic a dependable 12% annual return is.

Facebook likes showing me posts of boomers upset that they have to pay property taxes on their paid off homes and like perhaps those taxes wouldn't be so high if you didn't spend decades opposing new housing? They're not new taxes so perhaps you should have planned for retirement better?

I see a lot of online Fourth Wing discourse about how Violet isn't all that smart, and I want to point out that the only reason we think she's supposed to be smart is because compared to all the other characters she's pretty much the only one who has ever read a book.

Hey Ed, you once estimated that the AI bubble was going to pop "no later than Q1 2026" I just wanted to ask if these new record breaking peaks of absolute stupidity from the business idiots has been....🤔.... Unexpectedly dumbfounding compared to what you originally thought. @edzitron.com

You have always been extremely aware that these people are idiots. I'm a huge fan of your Better Offline episodes all about the business idiot. I was just wondering if it's been a surprise how deep the stupid goes when measured by hundreds of billions of dollars.

There are actual problems that a kid playing sports faces that society should be trying to solve. And a trans kid playing sports is not remotely one of them. Protect trans kids.

kellieherself.bsky.social@kellieherself.bsky.social

A trans kid playing sports will never remotely impact your kid's potential future as a professional athlete the way getting injured and your health insurance not covering the physical therapy will.

The thing I don't think dems who have lost Texas understand: ceding ground to Republican talking points doesn't win you voters. No one who thought you stood with The Trans Menace is going to vote for you even if you say you don't. They're fuckin' crazy. All you're doing is losing Progressive votes.

Talarico: "I oppose trans athletes playing in girls' sports if it endangers safety or fairness"

"I want the government to control what media children have access to instead of that being a personal parenting decision that I have to put effort into" Always seems to come from the "I don't want the government telling me what to do" and "we have free speech in America" type people.

Jesus Christ: after a recent ruling by the Eighth Circuit that allowed Act 372 to take effect, an Arkansas county has banned all children from checking out any books in the adult section, bringing home any DVDs, or using the self-checkout kiosk in its public libraries.

Giving your control of what media children have access to over to the government makes it very for the government to also control what media adults have access to. Makes it very easy for a government to decide what adults are allowed to read.
