Don't be fooled into thinking that a "free market" only exists when corporations get to "self-regulate" and do whatever they want. And don't be led to think that the government is "intruding" into the market when it crafts laws to protect the public. The real issue is power — and who has it.

District court judges across the country have been holding the line against Trump. These judges deserve appreciation — just as those who have enabled and collaborated with the regime deserve condemnation. All of these people are making moral choices. Democracy is a moral choice. Remember this.
