…adding native image processing besides the WASM runtime as an optional feature. Oh btw, the mod now is licensed under the EUPL! But yeah, I am not sure in what order or how fast I will do both, but I plan on having them somewhat ready by December (at least developer builds for me and friends). 😅

I am having a great time with Minecraft Dungeons II :D BUT I do not like how it does not work on Linux by default. For some reason, in comparison to the previous game, it also has all the classic Unreal Engine graphical issues >.> But I can deal with that! And look, I also installed some mods! ^^

Ah yes, another great day to be using Librewolf rather than this bloated shit by Mozilla.

We are so back

Modrinth@modrinth.com

We're introducing new rules about AI content on Modrinth, and new mandatory disclosures to help creators be transparent with their users. We've also updated our TOS to prohibit using the Modrinth API for training AI models.

Unglaublich.

Ah yes, here we go again...

they are trying to do this shit AGAIN anyway, here is a list of all the politicians that voted yes last time this was proposed: howtheyvote.eu/votes/189270 they have public social media profiles, so you can politely let them know what you think about it

For quite a lot of people this seems to come out as a surprise that the Steam Controller is not in fact a budget option. I thought from the beginning that the price is probably going to be on the rather high end side. Considering all the features it has, this is easily closer to the higher ends.

I will buy one ASAP. I need a good controller

Steam Controller will apparently cost $99, price mentioned in a review that accidentally went up early. Release/orders may be imminent. "Also at 99 dollars, it's not cheap, but it's only 25 dollars more than a PS5 controller." streamable.com/lj7ut3 www.reddit.com/r/GamingLeak...

"planet minecraft banning low effort attention grabbing content while curseforge and modrinth twiddle their thumbs" was not on my bingo card for 2026

Great move by planetminecraft www.planetminecraft.com/forums/pmc/n... Hopefully @modrinth.com and @curseforge.com implement something akin to this on their platforms too. #mcdev

Garry's Mod is a sandbox, s&box is a game engine. I think this summarizes my feelings towards these two pretty good. I don't think s&box is bad. I'd say I approached it with the wrong expectations.

Having gone through two precipice events that have completely ruined the world in my lifetime, it's hard not to compare COVID and AI. I miss the worlds before these things appeared and didn't properly appreciate it when I had it. I look at things from before and feel wistful

the discourse surrounding vulkan update to minecraft is entertaining to read, people who refuse to upgrade their system that are older than 2014, people that put in opinion on the technical side of things without knowing a lick of it, people who thinks it will break fabric loader

This is an excellent analogy, because my recollection from grade school is that the pen on the right looks fun and exciting, and then you play with it for a few minutes and realize it's not actually useful for anything and in fact makes some tasks more cumbersome, and never think about it again.

marykmac.bsky.social@marykmac.bsky.social

yeah, just out of interest, how many people choose the pen on the right for real work or art? See a lot of them in professional workplaces, do you?

Guys I found the Hypixel lobby, it's hidden as `pregrame.minigame` within the game, which is a nice little easteregg ^^ #Hypixel #Hytale

Minecraft modders already ported Mixins to Hytale and this kinda is the funniest shit ever and I already love this game #Hytale #mcdev

I wish people would learn who actually makes their media, too much gets attributed to who the lead person is instead of people wanting to learn who actually made that part. I've mentioned this a few times but I just saw someone attribute Kirby Air Riders music to Sakurai and have to say it again.

I found out at some point that some older Apple keyboards had the caps lock key act as an actual switch that would stay pressed in, when it was active. Can I have this? I imagine this would be so much more nicer to use, since you can actually feel if was on or not without looking!

In my estimation, a lot of the people who have problems with Bluesky are so used to platforms just serving up the content buffet that they're unwilling to do the work to have a good experience here. That work is the social part of social media.
