👇 In reference to that SDCC Avatar Aang slide everyone is talking about. It was a page from an artbook, and the reference to Chat GPT was likely injected by the person who put the book together. Actual artists like Kat who worked on the film have no idea why it says that.

I have no clue why it was on that slide or who put it there, and every member of the crew I worked with is 100% against AI. Every aspect of the animation is handcrafted by real artists and I hope that people don’t use this slide as a reason to detract from how much love and labor went into the film.

Just a song I put together in a few days for fun :) I kept trying to work on it more and more getting the mixing right but it's always so tough when it comes to mixing for me. So, like anything we make, it may be rough, but it's something to be enjoyed nonetheless!

Nothing is more depressing than watching young artists give other young artists advice like “only use one colour palette in everything you do to have a more recognizable brand” and “draw everything with a target audience in mind”

More people ought to learn to allow a creator show you their story rather than expecting something from it straight away. I come out 100 times more happy when I just let a story take me instead of going in with expectations. You can critique it after you're done!

That's been an issue for me in the past too. I tended to not trust most pieces of work, even when it deserved that trust, which then dampens the impact of the story that it's trying to show in that moment. I'm still learning to keep that consistent with myself.
