I am done with #microsoft #copilot. I have been knowing #LLM models are not good at generating codes, so I only use it as a glorified search engine. However, for some reasons, it is getting significantly worse in the recent month.

It is like everything is going back to that Chatgpt 3.5 "Certainly!" era. All I see that I use #AI and #LLM less and less overtime, and I ended up needing more time to verify its findings with the "old school" search engines. What is really the future and efficiency here?

The respond format is weirdly bloated recently, with full of "Not xxx, not yyy, not zzz" sentences, and it also keep on quoting information from the other chats and topics which I don't want. There is a reason why I open multiple chats to separated topics.

The accuracy was not good, but at least some of its idea could help me lead to the correct solution or the right resource. It can't even do that now, and it even insists to argue with me with its wrong findings. (this issue is why I write this post...)

Learning requires silence, patience and focus, especially understanding all those new #protocols and #api. I know I have been quiet for awhile, but I need that for an upcoming coding project. Hopefully I could show something cool once the prototype is done, sooner.

Testing LilSockTracker, my DIY tracker synth. At some point the work changes from “does the hardware function?” to “does this feel good to make music with?” This is me finding out. #videogamemusic #chiptune #diysynth

Building My Dream Tracker – Part 4: Shift One of the biggest design challenges has been fitting lots of functionality onto a small instrument without making it feel crowded. My solution wasn't to add more buttons. It was to let the buttons I already had do more. #diysynth

Building My Dream Tracker – Part 2: Melody 🎵 Last time I talked about the harmony buttons and why I wanted chords to feel effortless. This time it's all about the eight melody buttons, and why they make perfect sense for the way I think about music. #diysynth #musictech #trackermusic #musichardware

Every button, every knob and every design decision started with one simple question: "Would this make writing music more fun?" This is the first part of a series about the ideas behind Lil'SockTracker. #diysynth #musictech #trackermusic

Someone made a really cool #DIY synth that feature a #tracker interface!

I couldn't find the instrument I wanted... so I started building it. What would you add to a tiny tracker synth? #diysynth #tracker #synthdiy #trackermusic #chiptune #gamemusic #musicproducer #synthesizer

TIL that #SunVox SpectraVoice always plays the identical phase when they are triggered together. I thought it was random because of the complexity of the synth.

#pinterest just sent me a content removal email, but since I haven't used it since 2 years ago, I decide to remove the account with tracing the artist behind these pins. Really happy to find out some of them in here and still active in posting.

I think I have understood what is the purpose, giving exclusive access right of the private class to the specified classes, but... why don't use a more formal syntax for this? Like permit class "something" the use of friend as a syntax seems out of place here...

A recent comm I painted for StahlTheWolfo,  mimicking a certain piece of art as a request:> ! World of warcraft players should recognise this one! #wow #warcraft #furry #anthro #gryphon #worgen #digitalart #art #krita #gaertan

vekoN is an active member who have been contributing to the #SunVox #tracker community with their #music and modules, and has been proving that is possible to write professional music in tracker with their stylish and #experimental #breakcore tracks! Enjoy! And feel free to support their works.

vekon.bandcamp.com/album/utopia i just released a massive 80 minute album! much pain and effort went into making this project and i hope you enjoy it as much as i do

Hmmm... what is the point of this question? Some people only need cmake + a code editor, while some uses different management tools, vm, node, jupyter node book, and etc. Does the quantity of tools really define the skill of a dev? #programming #swe #coding #stackoverflow #survey

In other words, is the one who use 10 tools means a better dev than the one who only uses c + cmake? Or is using 11 tools suddenly magically becoming a better dev than the one who use 10?

I am... confused... It either support vsts like #Renoise or #Radium, nor emulate sound chips like #Furnace or #Deflemask, nor have an extensive modular synth like #SunVox, nor is a classic like #milkytracker or #fastTracker. What is the aim for this #tracker? And what do you think about it?

The corner PR for #dvui is nearly done! Here are some of the new theme demonstrating the new feature! #graphic #ui #gui #zig #programming #contribution

Finally, the theme override function in #dvui is now fully functioning, and It was more challenging than I thought. After the code is cleaned, I may start with some custom theme. #zig #contribution #programming #gui
