I've been using castor oil for about a year now almost daily and can confirm it does wonders for hair and skin. Been practicing being frugal this year and I finally got my budget and meal planning under control. My monthly grocery shop lasts more then a month now; and I tweaked my expenses to be less then my income! If I dont let lifestyle creep happen, I can begin to save some decent money.
