If our system of justice can determine that shooting a one year-old is justified, then we do not have a system of justice, and our goal should be the eradication of the system we have and its replacement with something better.

When I was in DC the Saturday night before St. Patrick's day, all I saw groups of National guard trying to pick up was women.
