Riverside and San Bernardino Counties didn't cut funding, but still get service cuts - 25% weekend, 36% weekday cuts to the San Bernardino Line, 14% weekday cuts to the 91/Perris Valley Line and 22% weekday cuts to the IE/OC Line. No cuts to the Arrow, but the schedules are more erratic.

I’ve hauled a ladder on my own cargo bike, and contractors in the Netherlands do it every single day. The limits of what's possible aren't dictated by the physical capability of the bike, they're dictated entirely by the quality of your infrastructure.
