Against my better judgement, I decided to do hill sprints today in preparation for burnt ends and whiskey consumption. I think I’ll be regretting this decision in 12-24 hours.

I’m off to Tennessee tomorrow, which will be my first time stepping foot in that state. Also, on the way, I’m hitting up my first Buc-ee’s in Kentucky, the first time I am stepping foot in that state as well. I’m probably going to be full of gas station whiskey & BBQ in a little over 24 hours 🥃

I've always made my own smoothies/protein shakes with milk as opposed to water because I thought mixing it with water would taste like ass. I stand corrected. Made a blueberry and banana protein smoothie for breakfast and it didn't taste half bad! That being said, I still prefer them with milk 🐄
