My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

Insolvency scam The boss of twice-bust business back despite £3m debts. These people gut a company, HMRC and creditors not paid. Then buy assets cheaply from the administrator in pre-packs, and back in business. Gone on for decades. No transparency of administrator dealings. No investigation.

I'm in two minds. I listen to a lot of James (a *lot*) but I'm not sure about this. For contrast I do subscribe to @garyseconomics.bsky.social but that's because he does need to pay someone to run it and promotion etc. I'm conscious this is just Global shaking the shareholder tin.

I guess that, unlike with Brexit where daft fantasy seems endlessly sustainable, Trump’s awfulness becomes objectively undeniable at some point. Notable how many reverse ferrets involve zero self-examination or remorse. This is very good…
