#CO8 GOP Rep Gabe Evans and Manny Rutinel (D) have not agreed to a televised debate and would not take voter questions at a televised town hall. So 9NEWS held the town hall without them. Health care was a key focus with one family after another sharing how they're struggling.

NEW: GOP Gov nominee Victor Marx has been fined $57,647 for campaign finance violations, the largest such fine in state history. A hearing officer ruled that the Marx campaign intentionally took illegal contributions, writing: "the scale of the violations are without precedent."
