More exciting updates are on the horizon now that this has been released, particularly auto-complete support directly from the same app (rather than a separate bin). Tab completion is such a QoL improvement and Stricli's approach could be so much more ergonomic

And it should support more than one shell, which was always the intent but unfortunately not a priority. Fortunately, it looks like we might be able to integrate (wip) with @bomb.sh's cool 'tab' package and zoom forward to 4 supported shells

Apps shouldn't notice any difference at first, but this unlocks the ability to customize previously "built-in" functionality. If you think "-v" should only ever be for "--verbose" rather than "--version" then this is the update for you

This year's GitHub Octoverse annual survey did a good job of correctly representing TypeScript & JavaScript as a single ecosystem. When this combined data is omitted, it results in misleading takes.

It was the closest race yet when it came to the top programming language of the year. 👀 So, which are you using more often: TypeScript or Python?

The right abandoned facts/logic and started purging the government of all but the most sycophantic employees. The left invited some students to a vigil (a thing I would never do). There is toxicity on both sides. What a clown 🤡

I played the demo, and that felt super well paced for what the goal was. But when you have all of the full game's mysteries you have to basically start over from square one each time. All of the day-to-day permanent upgrades are woefully insufficient, but maybe I'm missing something.

Chuck I implore you to stop talking about this amazing future where everyone will realize what a terrible time this was when we are experiencing the terrible time right now

History will remember April 9, 2025 as America’s actual liberation day—the day that President Trump backed down from his ridiculous tariff fiasco.

Not sure why Musk would take issue with paid protestors when he pays people to sign petitions or vote (for Trump). It's all projection; they're fundamentally corrupt and so they think they see the same corruption everywhere.

Musk thinks the same 30-35,000 people are being flown to AOC-Bernie events across the country. Powerful intellect.

if you find yourself reluctant to support the guy at Columbia because you find some of the politics he espoused distasteful or even abhorrent, you should know that this is exactly the reaction that they hoped for in choosing him as a target for unlawful detention based on political speech.

Severance is good because Adam Scott looks sometimes like a handsome man and sometimes like a witch from a 19th century Punch and Judy puppet show; the only show I know brave enough to speak on this duality within us

I know projection was always an issue with these people, but if I hear someone mention the "deep state" to refer to anything other than this shadow government I'm going to lose my mind.

This was issued three hours ago. It gives Musk control of EVERYTHING. The "Workforce Optimization Initiative" even the name sounds Stalinist. www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...
