This is why they don't recognize hypocrisy. Accusing someone else of a crime they themselves are guilty of is not inconsistent in this world view. It is an assertion of relative staus: *I* have the status to do these things, the person I am accusing does not.

Well, well, well…. An analysis of voter registration records reveals Republican operative Scott Presler had 3 out-of-state voters use his Pennsylvania address to vote in the 2024 election. This is what voter fraud looks like.

This is not how American democracy should function. It’s getting worse every election, not better. I know constitutional amendments are difficult, but it seems like there should be a bipartisan supermajority of citizens who say enough with this stuff.

Both audience members got it completely right 👏 We can't rely on Trump's America, and for the sake of our own security, we must rejoin the EU 🚨

I'm a doctor and a dad. I rebuilt Detroit's health department, led Wayne County's Department of Health, Human and Veterans Services. We put glasses on kids, took on corporate polluters, eliminated medical debt. It just shouldn't be this hard to get by in the richest country in the world.

According to the US government we need to worry about Canadian interference in the midterms (which amounts to objections to tariffs) but never mind Russian influence operations as long they serve a GOP that is rewarding Russia for its attacks on Ukraine. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/22/u...

NEW AD: Have you seen these anti-Talarico attack ads? Elon Musk paid for nearly all of them. The world's first trillionaire knows if he drags the most corrupt politician in Texas across the finish line, Ken Paxton will owe him everything. Elon Musk: Texas is not for sale.

I have been praying for this kind of pushback from Democrats against Elon Musk for a long time now and I am thrilled that the Talarico camp is leaning into it. Light. Him. Up.

I honestly don’t know much about El-Sayed, but this is a perfect answer from him. It’s also hilarious that Tommy used to work for Josh Hawley and was paid 250k for influencer marketing AGAINST El-Sayed. They might want to get a refund. What a spectacular backfire. The walk of shame at the end. 🤣

This is Tommy. Tommy had a question about my allegiances. Listen to the end to hear about his.

Billionaires throw a fit at the idea of an annual wealth tax... but literally everyone else already pays one via property taxes (either directly as a homeowner or secondarily as a renter). The only reason securities aren't taxed the same is because that's where the rich keep most of their wealth.

Matt Novak@paleofuture.bsky.social

“The borrowing let Ellison keep his stock and avoid locking in taxable gains, and highlighted how billionaires often employ a strategy called ‘buy, borrow and die’ to retain their wealth without selling assets.”
