Oh wow! This has been on the boil for a long time, a decade and change. No AI in translation/code. Get stuck in; this is a swish CD version of a foundational ARPG.

Day 3. A piece of artwork from Game 1988 Illustration Calendar by Yoshitoh Asari used for the February page. Usual upscale/clean/retouch process applied.

one thing that I like texturally about Sonic is that, with the amount of characters that it has, when there's a character that only appears in a single game and you see it again as a cameo or in a Sonic Channel artwork or something it feels a little bit like seeing an old friend after a long time

I don't even like Chip as a character but I saw a Sonic Pict illustration of Amy baking some sweets and Chip is there and I was suddenly hit with this "oh...! it's been so long! how have you been, friend!" feeling

in these dark times, let us remember: free software collection 8 fm towns wakesurf dog

ALSO: anyone who implies that this happened simply because brazillians are built different or are more progressive or whatever is both not applying materialism -and- being spiritually weak and a weak defeatist. YOU make culture every day through anything you do! fight!!!!!!

Bc this is what happened - without the strength of the organized populace, the Worker's Party would have suffered an embarrassing defeat. The population was not organized by the people up top from the Worker's Party, who were largely clueless and out-of-touch. It came from the BOTTOM UP!

you may not be able to do much on your own at all, you may never convince your racist close-minded uncle of anything, but you can befriend people around you, talk to them, host a movie night or a book club. you don't even have to attend protests. just be a positive presence in other people's lives

to expand on this: I think the net results of getting so many people mobilized and energized; going out in the streets and getting eyes on national & world politics, openly talking and engaging with others with an understanding beyond simple electoralism & focused on larger issues are immense

no matter what tonight's results will be, I'm immensely proud of the brazillian people for the incredible mobilization and energy poured in the last few weeks that turned a tired, depressed election, into one of intense hope and appetite for a bright future that feels within reach

Compromise is a last resort, never trust anyone who tells you it should be your first. I hope for the next 4 years, what happened in the past few weeks will be the start of people perceiving politics as a verb, as a habit, rather than a spectacle and distant theater. As them as the main characters.

so so often we hear in politics, esp from progressive liberals, that all we can do is cheer for the guys up top and compromise on "difficult things". by the rules of "modern politics", that sees power simply flowing one-way from the top, this election would NEVER have gone the way it did

but we got self-declared communists, black trans women, radical-left people holding record numbers in polls without compromise. You have to fight first before resorting to compromise. And the past few weeks have shown how strong a self-organized populace can fight & outright turn an election around

NEVER BEFORE IN BRAZILIAN HISTORY A CANDIDATE THAT LOST THE FIRST ROUND WON THE ELECTIONS. IN THESE 3 WEEKS BETWEEN ROUNDS WE LEARNED THE POWER OF COMMUNITY.

IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS THE BRAZILIAN LEFT ORGANIZED ITSELF INTO AN INCREDIBLY WELL COORDINATED POPULAR MOVEMENT AGAINST THE BIG TECHS, THE ELITES, THE ORGANIZED CRIME, THE EVANGELICALS AND THE US. ALL POWERS ARE FIGHTING US AND YET WE CAME TOGETHER.

Lula vence Flávio Bolsonaro no segundo turno e é eleito presidente do Brasil. Em uma disputa marcada pela tentativa do bolsonarismo de voltar ao poder, o atual presidente garante sua permanência no Palácio do Planalto e impõe uma derrota à extrema direita.

brazil will face a chamber and a senate full of little hitlers & the only & most powerful weapon against them is to keep this up!! this is how you force government to be of the people and for the people! starting with electing Lula ✌️ vote!!
