So far, three GOP-controlled states have redrawn their maps at Trump’s request. Seven new red seats are likely to come out of those measures, with potentially more on the way. We outline where the redistricting battle stands now, and where it’s headed. https://bit.ly/4hFTgDT

I find it interesting the DoJ didn’t hand over a complete grand jury transcript given Comey is alleging Halligan misled the grand jury.

JUST IN: Judge Currie orders DOJ to submit a more compete transcript of the Comey grand jury proceedings, noting that the transcript she was provided — of the lone witness — does not include Lindsey Halligan's remarks or presentation. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

What's in the Epstein files is apparently so bad for Trump that he's now going full "looking for the real killer" and about to pardon the only living person who actually helped run Jeff's teenage girl wurlitzer. Worth noting GM not only procured but also sexually abused the girls herself.

If you say “I’m fine with immigration as long as it’s legal” or “I came the right way” but you’re not sounding the alarm over this, you’re lying. A company says an employee was detained by federal agents during an immigration court hearing, despite being here legally with a valid work permit.

All the great flash/fracture points of our age—Gaza, Epstein, ICE raids—have one thing in common: the role of social video in shaping the views of especially younger people.

People breaking the law for Trump and helping him commit atrocities should face both legal and societal consequences. We don't have to accept this and act like it's just politics. Same with people who vote for Trump and cheer him on. They don't deserve to be invited to dinner or treated w/ respect.

Conway: Trump said something that the people who work for him now should remember. He said the people who worked for Obama—they’re not protected by the immunity decision. All you people working Trump, you better watch it because you don’t have immunity.

The people who lost children and other loved ones in the Texas floods are owed honest answers from officials. They should be told why flash flood warnings issued hours earlier were not conveyed to people in the path of the water. They don’t need more prayers from politicians. They need answers.

CEO pay is up 1,085% since 1978, while typical worker pay is up just 24%.  Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

I spent years reporting on the wave of criminality and corruption that ate the Border Patrol away from the inside after its last hiring surge. Now Congress just approved even doing worse to ICE. A look, specifically, at what will go wrong: www.doomsdayscenario.co/p/four-fears...

OMG. These children killed at CAMP in the flooding in Texas is like the nightmare of every parent (like me) who is squeamish about sending their kids to sleep away camp. Dear God. What a tragedy.

Might be a good idea for Dem controlled state and local governments to hold hearings now about what the big, ugly bill and cuts to FEMA, NOAA, HHS/NIH, etc are going to do to their communities. Our electeds have a responsibility to inform the public about what is coming now. Particularly 👇

A national boycott isn't going to fix this. A national boycott won’t work for two reasons: 1) People can’t stay unified long enough to make it hurt. 2) The targets of the boycott are so diversified, they’ll just ride it out while most people cave for convenience. It will require winning elections.

Merrick Garland could have released the Epstein files & held people accountable. He chose not to. He was NEVER on our side, or on the side of the rule of law. He was as effective a GOP operative as there has EVER been, mostly because he looked so rational & mindful while doing the DUMBEST SHIT!
